Have you ever felt stuck in your life situation and didn’t want to burden your friends or family but just needed to talk? Confidentially and from the comfort of your home.
This is where Just Talk comes in.
I use my background in project management, behavioral health care, and psychology to offer supportive conversation and intuitive guidance to help you get “unstuck”, inspire personal growth, and find a greater sense of freedom in your life. Every conversation is a co-creative process based on your personal goals. You can see my full professional background on LinkedIn, HERE.
In the background of this, for the past 7 years, I have personally worked with a variety of mentors, life coaches, traditional therapists, holistic nutritionists and intuitive counselors … In developing Just Talk, I’ve taken into consideration not only my professional background and formal education but also my personal experience as a client on the receiving end of many similar types of services.
In just two words, the work I do is to help you to release fear. From my point of view, this is synonymous with anchoring truth or finding your true center. We work together to clarify the changes you want to see manifest in your life, and to organize the steps you may want to take to make them happen. Sometimes, these steps are more of an internal reorientation than an external effort. It really depends on the client. Yet in every case, when the desire for change is within you the concentrated attention of another person helps to dissolve internal barriers, identify your blind spots, and support you throughout the process of releasing whatever has been holding you back.
Whether your goals are professional, spiritual, emotional or physical, I am happy to explore our compatibility. To see if we would be a good fit, I offer a free, 45-minute initial phone consultation. My hope and intention are that you will leave this initial conversation with some valuable insight into your situation, whether we continue our work together or not.
