Have you ever felt alone in your life situation and didn’t want to burden your friends or family but just needed to talk? Maybe you’ve repeated the same conversation in your head a hundred times, and you just need a new perspective or a listening ear… This is where Just Talk comes in.

Connection. That is at the heart of Just Talk and supportive conversation or guidance is only meant to (re)surface this. It is experiential, not intellectual.

As such, Just Talk sessions are meant to stand alone. While you are welcome to book multiple sessions, encouraging a linear process or concept of personal growth is not necessarily the point.

This work is my vocation, and something that I do for the privilege and joy of supporting another’s path and wellness. It is not my primary source of income. Many have helped me on my own path over the years, and I feel fortunate to pay this forward.


I would describe myself as a creative, compassionate and spiritual person with a vision and dedication to authentic connection and wakeful being. In developing Just Talk, I’ve taken into consideration not only my professional background and formal education but also my personal experience as a client on the receiving end of similar types of services.

Furthermore, and perhaps even more importantly, I have been lucky to travel a great deal, to live abroad on a number of occasions, and have moved nearly 20 times in my life – including first leaving the Czech Republic in 1992 after the fall of the USSR. Thus I’ve had the good fortune of many informal heartfelt conversations with complete strangers – conversations that have been profoundly healing for me.

When you relate to neither culture nor customs, what’s left is the shared emotional experience of being human.

Whether you are only looking for someone to talk to or have particular professional, spiritual, emotional or physical goals in mind, I am happy to explore our compatibility. With that in mind, I offer a free, 30 to 45-minute initial phone or Skype consultation.
